Sean McVay is an American football coach who is the head coach of the Los Angeles Rams of the NFL. Upon his hiring in (2017) at the age of 30, he became the youngest coach in modern NFL history. He (McVay) was the offensive coordinator of the Washington Redskins from 2014-2016.
